Link is broken

Oh man, this is what I'm seeing when I'm trying to open a browser or search something online. I really don't know what to do with it, I am not sure how to fix this problem. Are you guys familiar with this problem? Can you tell me how I can fix this? Please.

Right now, I am using my brother desktop computer - not my laptop. I think I've posted update about my laptop in my previous post or I think I posted it in my other blog (I'm not sure!). Anyway, I do not know what to do about my laptop, I can't used Yahoo Messenger most of the time, I can't used browser - which is I really need to, I can't open my Internet explorer which took me 1day or more, I'm not sure because when I tried to open my Internet explorer - it doesn't show any message and I got disconnected! My gosh I really don't know what to do next.. I don't know if this is a sign of changing or fixing my laptop. :(

I never had this problem before, yes! I had the problem about my Yahoo Messenger but the browser? HELL NO, I never had problem about my browser. NEVER ever! Can you guys please help me? Please..
